The Northern Vow is a round brilliant solitaire engagement ring designed around a single 1.5 ct center stone. From above, four prongs with rounded tips sit at the edge of the stone and leave its round outline open, while the band widens as it approaches the head. In profile, the head rises from the shoulders so the stone sits clearly above the finger.
Beneath the stone, each pair of prongs curves down and meets in a V, forming a light, open head that lets light reach the stone from the sides. The shoulders flow up from a slim shank in a cathedral line and taper toward the back of the ring, which keeps a rounded, comfortable profile and a high polished finish. The slim back of the band leaves room for a wedding band to sit alongside it.
