Diamonds

Which certifications do your diamonds carry?

All our diamonds are certified by one of the following labs: GIA, IGI, HRD, GCAL, AGS, or EGL.

Do you offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds?

Yes, we offer both. When you run your diamond search, just select Natural or Lab-Grown from the filters panel.

How do I verify a diamond's specs before buying?

From the diamond's detail page, you can download its certificate in PDF format, giving you a reliable reference for its exact specifications.

Can you source stones that aren't listed?

Yes. Send us your specifications and we'll do our best to find a diamond that matches your requirements.

Engagement Rings

Can I customize one of your engagement rings for a different diamond shape?

Yes, almost all of our rings can be adjusted to accommodate any diamond shape.

How long does a custom ring take to make?

A custom ring typically takes 3 to 4 weeks to make.

Is the 3–4 week ring-making timeline in addition to the diamond delivery time?

No. Ordering the diamond is the first step — once the order is confirmed, we start the ring's design and manufacturing while we wait for the diamond to arrive, so the two run in parallel.

Can I request a different metal for a ring I like?

Yes, almost all our rings can be made in 14K or 18K yellow, white, or rose gold, as well as Platinum.

Can I request a different setting style for a ring I like?

Yes, every ring order can be customized to your exact requirements.

Do you provide a 3D render or sketch before manufacturing starts?

Yes, we provide a 3D render for every ring order for your approval before manufacturing begins.

How many rounds of revisions can I request on the 3D render?

Minor design revisions are welcome as many times as needed to get the result you expect. Major revisions — a completely different style or set of requirements — are also possible, but may involve additional costs.

Do you offer a warranty or resizing service after delivery?

Yes. Resizing is available for a small fee, and we offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects.

How are made-to-order rings priced?

Every ring project is priced individually, taking into account the design, the cost of materials and the labor involved. Once your design is approved, we will gladly provide an estimate.

Can I provide my own center stone for a custom ring?

Yes, you're welcome to provide your own center stone.

Can you make a ring from my own sketch or inspiration photo?

Yes. Retailers often provide a starting sketch or inspiration, and we then execute the design while respecting its spirit.

Orders

What's the difference between shortlisting and holding a diamond?

Shortlisting saves a stone for your reference. Placing a hold takes it off the market for 24 hours against your account.

How long can I hold a diamond before I need to confirm the order?

A hold lasts a maximum of 24 hours. If the diamond is still available after that, you can request another 24-hour hold. You can track all your holds from your account page.

What happens if a diamond I've shortlisted or held gets sold?

Once your hold request is confirmed, that diamond can't be sold until the hold expires. A shortlisted diamond, however, isn't reserved — it stays on the market and can be sold to someone else. You can track your shortlisted and held diamonds from your account page.

How do I confirm an order after a hold?

You'll receive a hold confirmation email. Reply to it with your order confirmation, and we'll send you an invoice. A deposit is required to complete the order.

What deposit amount is required to complete an order?

A 50% deposit is required to complete an order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept e-transfers and bank wire transfers only.

Is the deposit refundable if I change my mind?

No. Diamond sales are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable. It's important to carefully verify the diamond's specs before buying — our team is happy to help you choose the diamond that suits you best.

Can I request a hold on more than one diamond at a time?

Yes, you can have up to 3 open holds at a time.

How long does it take to receive the diamond after payment?

It takes up to 10 business days to receive your diamond after payment.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently serve the Canadian market only.

Is shipping insured?

Yes, all shipments are insured. We ship with FedEx or Purolator.

Do you offer memo terms?

No, we don't offer memo terms. All diamond sales are final.

I've picked a diamond I like. How do I pay for it?

Once you place a hold or send a request on a stone, we receive it and send you an invoice. You can then pay by e-transfer or bank wire transfer.

How long do I have to pay the invoice once I receive it?

You have 24 hours to pay the invoice. That's how long we can hold the diamond for you.

What happens after I send a request to buy a diamond with a regular account?

We'll send you an email to confirm the diamond you've picked. We then hold it for you for 24 hours, which gives you enough time to complete your payment.
