1. Who we are

2. Using this site
By using xact3d.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
3. Your account
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us accurate information. Business accounts must be real, registered businesses.
- We may pause or close an account that is misused.
4. Diamonds and prices
- Most diamonds listed come from partner suppliers. Availability changes all the time, and a stone can sell before we confirm your order.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping, unless stated otherwise.
- If a price or detail is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll tell you and you can cancel without paying anything.
- A hold reserves a stone for a short time. It is not a sale until we confirm it in writing.
5. Custom jewelry
- Every custom piece starts with a quote and a render that you approve.
- Production times are estimates (usually 3 to 4 weeks).
- Custom pieces made to your design cannot be returned once production starts, unless they are defective.
6. The Xact3D Score and our tools
The Xact3D Score, certificate reader, and comparison tools are guides to help you decide. They are not appraisals or grading reports. The lab certificate is the official record of a diamond.
7. Our content
Our designs, photos, sketches, text, and software belong to Xact3D. You can view and share links to them. Don’t copy, resell, or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Don’t misuse the site
No scraping, bots, hacking, fake accounts, or anything that harms the site or other users.
9. Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits your rights under Quebec consumer protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
11. Law
These terms follow the laws of Quebec and Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Montreal, unless consumer law gives you another choice.
