Open Orbit is an east west oval halo engagement ring that rethinks the halo itself. The oval center lies horizontally across the finger, and instead of one closed ring of pavé, the halo is split into two offset arcs. From above, the design reads like a small orbit caught mid-turn, and in profile the stone sits low and secure on a bold, sculpted shank.
The detail is in the spacing. One pavé arc tucks tight against the oval, following its curve closely, while the second arc is held further out, leaving a crescent of high-polish gold between the diamonds and the center stone. Four claw prongs hold the oval, and the halo flows into a tapered signet-style shank that narrows toward the back of the finger for everyday comfort.
