Frost Cradle is a cushion cut solitaire engagement ring that lets the center stone do the talking. From above, four pointed claw prongs catch the softened corners of the cushion shape and taper to fine tips, so very little metal crosses the face of the stone. In profile, the head sits high above the finger and reads as a light, open cradle.
That height comes from a double-rail basket gallery. Two parallel rails wrap beneath the stone, tying the claws together for strength while leaving open windows that let light into the pavilion from the sides. The basket meets a plain polished band with a rounded profile, comfortable for everyday wear and easy to pair with a wedding band later.
